How to Attest University Degrees/Transcripts From HEC



Attestation procedure for degrees of Graduate/Undergraduate students degrees will be shared here, now a days many students looking forward to foreign countries for further education and jobs in companies. After applying for Study visa or other visa confirmation, you should know the university and companies requirements related to educational papers verification.

HEC launching new Degree Attestation System for the facilitation of the Applicants

You can Attest your Degree via Three(2) different ways

Before sending and visiting HEC, Registration yourself on http://eportal.hec.gov.pk/das is compulsory.
  • Courier (Gerry's/FedEx  (International) or Leopard Courier (Local))
  • Walk-In


Courier
"Applicant(s) desiring to submit documents at WES/ICAS etc, is required to get attested  original degrees/transcripts along with a set of photocopies of the same educational documents from HEC as per procedure available on HEC website http://www.hec.gov.pk . The HEC will seal only HEC attested photocopies of educational documents in an envelope  and will hand over to the applicant(s)/his/her blood relative/authorized person. The applicant(s) can also avail the services of authorized courier company i.e. Gerry's/FedEx  (International) or Leopard Courier (Local)  for attestation and sealing of HEC attested photocopies of educational documents. The HEC attested documents can be submitted by the applicant(s) to any organization including WES/ICAS etc. The HEC do not send documents directly to any agency/organization.

Walk-In
Through personal visit, you will go through normal procedure of degree attestation and after receiving the attested degrees/transcripts, you have to visit  HEC R&I office and  documents will be sealed there  on verbal request only without any charges. Also remember to keep photocopies of HEC attested photocopies of degrees/transcripts with yourself for future record before placing in envelop for seal".

Step 1: Fill the Online Form Completely in which your Personal and Educational Information will be saved.
Step 2:  Move to Dashboard--> Click On Degree Attestation Service --> Select Your category --> Proceed--> Check your information, is it correct, if corrects than Leave "Stamp Number" Empty --> NEXT--> again you have to enter the number of attestation Degrees/Transcripts or copies--> NEXT--> Check Your Personal Information--> NEXT--> Select Your Regional Center, CHECK both BOXES--> SUBMIT.

Step 3: Wait For the Messages from HEC about confirmation.
Step 4: You have to Complete a Task for Scheduling Appointment.
This is to inform you that your online Application HEC/A&A/DAS/Year/ApplicationID has been received. The Security of the Document would be done after you visit HEC on Schedule date. In case of any deficiency, you application would be rejected. Please Schedule Your Appointment. Your Application HEC/A&A/DAS/Year/ApplicationID has been submitted on DATE Day-Month-Year. Please Schedule an Appointment for Self-Submission. Kindly Check your Email for further Details.
Step 5: A task is assigned to you in "My Tasks" section of eportal.hec.gov.pk. Kindly do the needful.


Step 6: Click on Task--> Select Mode Of Attestation-->> Choose Date/Time as per your Availability-->  NEXT.
Step 7: Your Task has been completed, but you have to Download/Print your challan form.
