کو فل کریں اپنے شناختی کارڈ کی کاپی لگائیں اس فارم کو دونوں سائڈ سے
سکین کریں شناختی کارڈ کے ساتھ کاپی کریں اور اس فارم کو جس کمپنی کا آپ کا
کنکشن ہے اس کے ای میل ایڈریس پر سینڈ کر دیں پھر اس پر پروسس ہو گا اور
جو سم آپ بلاک کرانا چاہتے ہیں وہ بلاک ہو جائیں گی
